Printer-friendly version
Rev. Canon Daryl Fenton and Rev. Philip Bottomley will host an Exegetical (FAM) tour to Israel, February 5 - 17, 2018.

Daryl has been the Executive Director of CMJ USA since 2011, having previously served as canon to Archbishop Robert Duncan of the Anglican Church in North America. He is a graduate of Wheaton College and Trinity School for Ministry (Ambridge, PA) and currently lives in Winchester, Virginia with his wife, Sandra.

Rev. Philip Bottomley is currently the Associate Director of CMJ USA, having also served as its first national director (1984 to 1992). Philip was born and raised in England and completed his undergraduate studies and seminary training at Durham University. Ordained in the Church of England, he has served in parishes in England as well as in Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, where he now resides with his wife, Sylvia.

The Exegetical Familiarization (FAM) Tour is a teaching journey through Israel that focuses first on exegesis, and then applies it in some evening preaching seminars. Designed for pastors, rabbis, and Bible teachers, this tour also introduces potential future tour leaders to the ministry of Shoresh Study Tours and prepares them to lead future trips (although not required).
