This free weekly Bible study is for those in a mixed relationship between a Jew and a Christian. 1 New Man Ministries provides a safe place to study, talk, and ask questions.

In a world that often tries to put us into separate boxes, many of us live in the "in-between." For the estimated 2 million Jewish-Christian couples in the United States, faith isn't just a personal journey—it’s a daily conversation at the breakfast table.

How do we honor two rich, distinct heritages under one roof? How do we navigate the "big questions" of worship, children, and holidays without losing the essence of who we are?

We are thrilled to announce a unique partnership between 1 New Man Ministries and CMJ USA: a weekly Bible Study specifically designed for couples and individuals in mixed Jewish-Christian relationships.

What is the "One New Man" Vision?

The name 1 New Man Ministries comes from Ephesians 2, which speaks of the "dividing wall of hostility" being broken down to create "one new man" out of two. This isn’t about one person changing their identity to match the other; it’s about a radical reconciliation where Jews and Gentiles stand together in unity.

For a couple, this means moving past the "perils" of religious conflict and into the "possibilities" of a shared spiritual life centered on the Messiah.

What to Expect at the Study

This isn’t your typical classroom lecture. It is a space for authentic conversation and active participation.

  • The Text: Each week, we dive into the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL). This includes readings from the Old Testament (Tanakh), the Psalms, the Epistles, and the Gospels.

  • The Theme: We examine how these scriptures weave together a single, redemptive story of God’s plan for humanity, revealed in Yeshua (Jesus).

  • The Atmosphere: Whether you are coming from a traditional Jewish background, a Christian upbringing, or somewhere in the middle, your questions are welcome. This is a "safe space" to explore the Hebraic roots of the faith and find common ground.

Event Details

  • When: Every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. ET / 7:00 a.m. PT
  • Where: Online via Zoom
  • Cost: Free

Why Join?

If you’ve ever felt "too Christian" for the synagogue or "too Jewish" for the church, this study is for you. It’s a place where you don’t have to choose between your heritage and your partner. Instead, you can discover how the Jewishness of Jesus brings a deeper, more vibrant meaning to the scriptures you read every day.

Bedouin shepherds found it. A bishop sold it. An Israeli agent bought it. Now you can see it up close.

2026 has been a remarkable year of connection for CMJ USA. Traveling across the country to meet so many of you in person—at churches, conferences, and gatherings—is always a highlight of our ministry. From our early trips through South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida to our upcoming visits in California, Texas, and Virginia (plus the meaningful Seders and teachings close to home in Pennsylvania), we are deeply grateful for every open door. As we look ahead, we are preparing for a major milestone: launching Emunah in 2027 and introducing it to congregations nationwide. To reach as many communities as possible, we need to build a strong digital and physical foundation today. Here is where your Day of Giving support directly makes an impact: Expanding Emunah: While Emunah will initially launch as a digital download, our goal is to expand into print editions and high-quality video instruction to maximize its reach. Travel & Outreach: Bringing the Jewish roots of our faith directly to local congregations requires flights, rental cars, and boots on the ground. Upgrading Our Digital Presence: We are optimizing our website to make key resources easily accessible and expanding CMJ’s voice on social media to actively counter anti-Jewish rhetoric with truth and clarity. How You Can Partner with Us Today Invite Us to Your Church: We would love to minister to your local congregation in person. Pray for the Ministry: Stand with us in prayer for wisdom, safe travels, and open doors. Invest in the Mission: Consider becoming a monthly donor or giving a strategic one-time gift this Day of Giving. As Director Emeritus Philip Bottomley often reminds us, "The Lord pays for what He orders." We also know He delights in using His saints as conduits of His abundant provision. To our faithful regular donors: thank you. You are integral to everything we do. Will you help us take this next step forward today?
